You must use Insumnia lawfully and may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.

Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The product, design, and software are owned by Insumnia or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the service.

Insumnia is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
